Engines for efficiency

Over the years as a Language and Personality Development trainer I have observed that some times opportunity to your own development as a trainer comes in the form of a bright student. Brightness I am refering to is less about intelligence and more about positive attitude, keenness to learn and confidence to discuss the translucent. These students tend to derive more out of you. Learnings? First the obvious one. The above mentioned virtues are engines for efficiency. The second and more intersting one. This is yet another example and probably an explanation for unequal distribution of wealth
